We are looking for a dependable, self-sufficient all-rounder who can handle a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on cleaning. The position will include responsibilities such as: ? Vacation home turnovers (Airbnb / short-term rentals) ? Tenant move-out cleans ? Post-construction or renovation cleanups ? Assisting with light maintenance tasks ? General household support duties as needed Work Schedule: ? Part-time with flexible hours depending on bookings and tasks ? Must be available for weekends and holidays Compensation: ? Pay is negotiable based on experience and performance ? Includes a bonus system for high-quality work and meeting goals Growth Opportunities: ?
