Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Noisy. Dusty. Work setting: High-rise building construction sites. Construction site. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Perform pre-operational inspection. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Perform routine maintenance work. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Equipment and machinery experience: Nail guns. Hand tools. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Hardworking. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
