*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role requires a strong background in construction and home improvement, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Duties* * Execute renovation projects, including but not limited to caulking, cabinet installation, and tile laying. * Perform construction painting and ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished. * Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks, ensuring safety and efficiency. * Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials safely on job sites. * Assemble furniture and fixtures as required for renovations. * Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and adjustments during projects. *Skills* * Proficiency in caulking, cabinet installation, tile laying, and construction painting. * Experience with hand tools and machinery commonly used in renovation work. * Knowledge of concrete forming techniques is preferred. * Ability to perform construction estimating accurately. * Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
