Responsibilities (but are not limited to): * Perform credit interview, prepare credit application, verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application, and submit to lender * Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines * Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance * Set sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotas * Assist customers in selecting the right financing, insurance and protection packages by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of financial products * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards * Developing new financial sources, as well as maintaining strong relationships with current lenders * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Any other job related tasks Requirements * Previous dealership and management experience is a plus but not required * Sub-Prime experience * Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees * Enthusiasm and motivation with high energy throughout the sales workday * Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing * Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities * Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills * Clean driving record & valid driver?s license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Finance: 2 years (preferred) * Sales: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Drivers License (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMedicine Hat, AB
