They respond to emergencies and work closely with the care team and other departments (kitchen, dining room, maintenance, reception, etc.)<BR><BR>Permanent part-time position in the form of 4/15, 16 hours per week, during the day and every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Administer medication according to safety principles and the code of ethics</li><li>Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)</li><li>Ensure good communication as well as medical follow-ups with the actors concerned</li><li>Ensure the follow-up of the medical file as well as the prescriptions at the request of the doctor or pharmacist</li><li>Follow up on residents' medical files and prescriptions at the request of the doctor, pharmacist or CISSS</li><li>Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents</li><li>Record notes in residents' files in accordance with the requirements of the Order of Nurses and Auxiliary Nurses of Quebec (OIIAQ) and keep them rigorously up to date</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ</li><li>A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software</li><li>Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Good communication</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Free meals</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Possibility of advancement</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Challenging opportunities, up to your ambitions!</li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Career Opportunity</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Part Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>
