*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in using various tools and equipment. This role involves working with power tools, logic controllers, and schematics to ensure the safe and efficient operation of industrial electrical systems. The Industrial Electrician will play a crucial role in maintaining, renovating, and building electrical infrastructure within our facilities. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting. * Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform tasks efficiently and safely. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system layouts. * Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete renovation projects as needed. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all electrical work. * Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problematic. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role in an industrial environment. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety practices. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. * Experience with power tools, hand tools, and logic controllers is essential. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on various projects. * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * A maintenance person mindset with the ability to renovate existing structures as needed. * Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are preferred but not mandatory.
