Job Responsibilities:
* Work very closely with the Owner, Designers and Project Manager to advance and maintain comprehensive resource-loaded plans of Design/Build construction developments using MS Project 2016 or P6
* Participate in several plans for a master project plan, baseline, status, and performance measurement baseline
* Develop and maintain summary level plan reports Milestone charts, Gantt and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term responsibilities, priority-based resource provisions, performance modifications, and to support schedule/cost amalgamation
* Gather and investigate evidence to make reports on the development of projects. Regular on-site visits to review construction progress are required
* Support the project management crew in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects plus dashboard maintenance
* Work in relationship with the project management crew to drive consistency of the plan scheduling approach to simplify precision in the development implementation and reporting
* Troubleshoot and monitor possible scheduling complications
* Maintain precise paperwork/records
* Facilitate and partake in weekly plan assessments
* Start study and analysis on planning strategy, legislation, development standards and application requirements
* Intermediate data of the approval procedure such as Official Plan amendment, Zoning, Site Plan approval/Draft Plan and subdivision registration is required
* Maintain liaison among the several consultants to satisfy the necessities set out in different contracts
* Carrying out applications and paperwork for submission to consultants as well as government agencies
* Ensure that deadlines are set and met by everybody on the crew
* Working in a team environment and making sure that everybody is on the same page and attentive to what needs to be done and by whom
* Planning experience is mandatory
* Weekly updates on all projects must be submitted to management
Skills/Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in urban planning
* Previous experience working as an urban planner
* Knowledge of completing Rezoning and Site Plan application forms
* Excellent project management skills
* Outstanding analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to generate high-quality graphics, renderings, charts, sketches, and diagrams
* Master's degree in urban or regional planning, environmental planning, urban design, or a associated field is preferred

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
