_Taekwondo Instructor _ *Summary: Master/Head Instructor, responsible for student service by conducting safe, well-organized classes and events to ensure ongoing communication with students and families.* *Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* - Student Safety - Student Progress and Development - Develop and Maintain a Positive and Respectful School Atmosphere - Professional Development *Perform other related duties as assigned.* - Administrative Responsibilities - Supervisory Responsibilities: - Sales/Marketing Responsibilities - Facility Responsibilities: *Skills* -Oral Communication -Skills Written Communication Skills -Interpersonal Relations -Customer Service Skills -Diplomacy -Organization -Planning -Professionalism -Project Management -Presentation Reading Skills -Self Motivated -Time Management -Computer Literacy \* *Education/Training* -Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent. -BS/BA Degree preferred. -Maintain continuous CPR and 1st aid certification. *Experience* Substantial previous martial arts experience required. -Third-degree black belt (or higher) required for the Instructor. -Fifth-degree black belt (or higher) required for Master Instructor.
