We're growing! And looking to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team for the position of Associate Building Operator located in Windsor, ON! This full-time, live-in position is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on technical work and thrives on challenges! What we look for: Maintaining the physical integrity of the building through general maintenance and cleaning. Assisting in managing and maintaining the buildings in the assigned portfolio in a safe and responsible manner, while ensuring ongoing tenant satisfaction and retention, with the guidance from the Building Operator. Completing physically demanding work which includes the use of ladders, and power tools. Applying knowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
