ERP Coupa Procurement Application specialist Toronto Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: ? 4+ years of procurement application support experience using Coupa ? Applying a senior working level of knowledge in a professional/technical field related Procurement Services (Coupa), following the organization?s operating procedure. ? Provide Procurement Services (Coupa) expertise and technical knowledge ? Thorough understanding end-to-end Source-to-Pay process. ? Answer queries and resolve issues related to Procurement Services (Coupa) and escalate or close tickets as necessary. ? Build out requirement taxonomy and mapping to technology solution for Corporate Procurement Services ? Provides functional guidance to team members of a more complex nature ? Participate user acceptance testing of new application implementation releases ? Determines root cause of issues ? Devises course(s) of action that may fall outside of procedural and policy guidelines and standards and makes recommendations ? Develops action plans to address technical and competency gaps ? Provides functional guidance to more junior team members on more complex issues if required ? Experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment ? Experience in being a vital resource in large-scale projects that require data migration/transformation or onboardings ? Technical working knowledge of understanding cXML, HTML, JSON APIs, SFTP, SSO, SQL formatted files ? Experienced application production support; must be good at troubleshooting technical and any production issues- LocationToronto, ON
