*Position Summary* The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and developing strategic partnerships in the packaging industry. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our market share. *Key Responsibilities* * *Sales Strategy & Leadership*: * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion. * Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and performance feedback. * Identify new business opportunities in target markets, such as retail, food & beverage, healthcare, and e-commerce. * *Client Relationship Management*: * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business relationships. * Oversee the negotiation and closing of major deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. * Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by working closely with the customer service and product development teams to meet client requirements. * *Business Development*: * Identify and explore new market segments and growth opportunities to increase the company?s footprint in the packaging industry. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition. *Qualifications & Skills* * *Experience*: * Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market. * Experience working with large-scale manufacturers, distributors, and retailers is a plus. * *Skills*: * Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and developing talent. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. *Compensation & Benefits* * Competitive base salary and performance-based commissions/incentives. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company with a strong industry presence.
