The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:Job Description:Depth & Scope:Gathers and reports on financial results vs. plans on an ongoing basis, providing evaluation and interpretation through an in-depth understanding of the businessLeads development and supports the achievement of financial objectives for assigned business line(s)Develops and maintains strong business relationships with business line managementProvides leadership, coaching, counseling and guidance to staffDevelops, assigns and monitors plans to ensure completion of goals and objectivesResolves escalated issues and problems by conferring with staff, other internal departments, outside contractors and others as necessaryEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics or Master's degree in Finance or CPA7+ years' experience requiredKnowledge of reconciliation between financial statement and regulatory reportsIn-depth knowledge of financial analysis, financial model-building and interpretive statisticsAbility to successfully plan, develops, lead, and execute projectsAbility to effectively interpret, select appropriate techniques, take independent action, communicate and follow-throughStrong communications skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skillsAbility to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectivesPractical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologiesKnowledge of accounting, auditing and the associated rules and regulationsKnowledge of Business Intelligence tool like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx etc.Who We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
