*Overview*: Cowboys Guelph is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to ensure the safety of our patrons and staff while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment. *Responsibilities*: ? Monitor the bar?s premises to ensure a safe atmosphere for all guests and employees. ? Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and handle crowd control as needed. ? De-escalate conflicts and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner. ? Assist with guest entry, exit, and general patron safety. *Requirements*: ? Valid Security Guard License. ? Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a bar or nightlife setting. ? Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. ? Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical tasks when necessary. Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can feel secure!
