Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service - Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain proper storage of ingredients - Monitor food quality and presentation Experience: - Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Skills: - Food preparation: Ability to prepare ingredients, measure portions, and follow recipes accurately - Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques, including temperature control and storage procedures - Kitchen: Familiarity with various kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, ovens, etc. - Food service: Understanding of customer service principles and ability to deliver high-quality service in a timely manner - Cook: Proficiency in cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, baking, etc. - Meal preparation: Experience in preparing meals from start to finish, including plating and garnishing Join our team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
