*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting human resources functions, and providing excellent phone etiquette. This position requires a proactive individual who can supervise staff, develop training programs, and maintain accurate filing systems.
*Responsibilities*
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
* Help manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
* Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
* Initiate in human resources tasks such as job posts, onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
* Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
* Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
* Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to important documents.
* Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* keep accurate financials, A/P & A/R
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Familiarity with office equipment, phone systems, and clerical duties.
* Experience in supervising staff is preferred
* Ability to develop training materials and programs effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Familiar with Quickbooks online or similar financial software
* Able to perform reconciliations
* know basic accounting skills & accounts
* payroll experience
