Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Direct and control construction projects. Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate. Identify customers' needs . Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Recommend products or services to customers. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Type of experience: Fire safety inspection. Equipment and machinery experience: HVAC. Type of industry experience: Food and beverages. Specialization or experience: Green economy sector. Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
