The UPS Store is a locally owned franchise business looking to hire multiple positions (part-time & full time) Customer Service Representatives for Edmonton and Sherwood Park locations. We are looking for hard working individuals with a good attitude and a willingness to learn. *Duties* * Delivers exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust with customers for future business * Provides knowledgeable business solutions to customers including packaging, shipping, printing, and finishing options * Works directly with customers to interpret client design needs * Develops graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and print marketing * Receives and distributes parcels to mailbox holders * Understands and educate customers of mailbox options and benefits * Operates all store equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, laminators, and binding equipment * Utilizes computer software and presents customers with multiple shipping options for delivering parcels to their destinations with varying speed and protections. * Follows standard packaging guidelines; accurately assess materials necessary for packing jobs and perform at customers? request * Maintains a clean and safe working environment * May be required to open or close the store * Other related duties as required *Qualifications* * High school diploma required * Experience working in retail/customer service environment; experience with shipping or postal office considered an asset * Graphic design and experience working in a print environment preferred * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel * Customer service experience with strong verbal/written skills * Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask * Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 30 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (required) Experience: * Call center: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
