General Description The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide personal care for vulnerable populations under the harm reduction philosophy. The LPN's primary caseload will be the Inii Healing House and Katoyiss clan participants. The successful candidate will need to build strong connections and relationships with co-workers and service providers supporting the participant's immediate health and wellness needs. Role Responsibilities and Duties Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs of patients struggling with addiction and substance use, as well as additional complex healthcare needs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate and holistic care Develop individualized care plans, incorporating teaching and referrals to support patient well-being Mentor and support co-workers, nurses and- LocationBrocket, AB
