We offer: · A great collaborative working culture · A competitive compensation package including a bonus structure, extended health and dental plan, and an RRSP program · Opportunity to participate in technical conferences, tradeshows, and in research projects *What You?ll be Doing * · Using your GIS skills, our internal tools and scripts to critically assess InSAR data, perform quality control procedures and deliver added value InSAR products to meet the needs of clients · Using your technical background and GIS skills to prepare clear professional reports and presentations that incorporate critical thinking and spatial data analysis · Managing multiple projects, including timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables, simultaneously with accountability to commitments · Providing outstanding service to build lasting, professional relationships with clients · Employing your advanced coding knowledge to automate internal procedures, prepare scripts, and streamline workflows · Liaising with the data processing team to prepare InSAR data sets to meet internal standards and client expectations · Supporting the sales and marketing team by preparing figures, presentations and other support material *Who You Are* · Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision · Team-oriented, with a collaborative, positive and helpful attitude, looking to form strong professional relationships within a small diverse team · Detail-oriented, organized, with time and project management skills for project coordination, communication, timelines and deliverables · Client-oriented, with the ability to positively interact with clients, understand their needs, and solve problems quickly · An excellent communicator, with technical writing and presentation skills for client and internal interactions, with a capacity to tailor communications to the recipient · Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities · Demonstrated critical thinking skills to solve problems and find new solutions *Requirements * · Advanced knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop software · Post-secondary education in Geomatics, Engineering (Geotechnical, Geological, Civil, Mine, Petroleum), Remote Sensing or other related disciplines · Proven work habits, including attention to detail, and organizational and time management skills · Strong communication skills, including technical report writing, presentation
