Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Estimating. Relocation costs covered by employer. Tasks: Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients . Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bids forms. Monitor and adjust contract expenditures. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Electrician Trade Certification. Type of experience: Electricity - construction. Area of specialization: Project management. Electrical engineering.
