This position will allow you to gain in-depth industry knowledge, understand our products and strategies, and develop key communication skills.</p><p>This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated candidate to evolve in an environment where direct interaction with customers and retailers will provide valuable market insights and the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives.</p><strong>Your daily responsibilities</strong><strong>Develop expertise in products and customers</strong><ul><li>Manage retailer orders and ensure smooth communication with our partners.</li><li>Understand customer needs and advise them on our wellness solutions.</li><li>Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from showrooms in our exclusive network and assist customers via phone, email, or chat.</li></ul><strong>Contribute to marketing initiatives</strong><ul><li>Help create marketing content (newsletters, promotional materials, presentations).</li><li>Collaborate on promotional campaigns and new product launches.</li><li>Assist in managing our brand image within our retailer network.</li></ul><strong>Grow, optimize, and develop your skills</strong><ul><li>Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, enhance customer experience, and propose innovative solutions to improve organizational efficiency.</li><li>Participate in strategic projects based on your interests and strengths.</li><li>Explore various aspects of marketing within a growing company.</li></ul><strong>What we are looking for</strong><ul><li>A background in marketing, communication, or business administration (or equivalent experience).</li><li>An analytical and proactive mindset, always eager to learn and propose solutions.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-evolving team environment.</li><li>A strong interest in wellness and design.</li></ul><p><strong>Bonus:</strong> Experience in customer service, marketing coordination, or e-commerce.</p><strong>Why join us?</strong><p>At BainUltra, a bath is much more than just hygiene.
