In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the residential properties, including managing on-site staff and contractors, ensuring exceptional customer service for residents, overseeing leasing and marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational efficiency, team management, and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with our goals. This position requires strong leadership skills, a good understanding of operations, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Coordinate with the regional director, interventions requiring a specific action plan</li><li>Develop and implement the action plan required to maximize rental performance</li><li>Develop jointly with the regional director a management plan for a high-level multi-rental property</li><li>Ensure optimal management of its buildings in accordance with the established plan</li><li>Ensure the provision of a high level of customer service</li><li>Manage a multidisciplinary team providing services to the building and ensure full execution of services at all times</li><li>Manage the collection of rents and the making of deposits in accordance with current standards</li><li>Management of purchase orders and invoices</li><li>Monthly budget management</li><li>Oversee the management of apartment renovation work according to the program established by the regional management</li><li>Plan the arrivals and departures of tenants and ensure the optimal running of these activities, while maintaining the security of the building and its occupants</li><li>Provide exemplary quality of maintenance for tenants, and property spaces and systems</li><li>Work in concert with regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement</li></ul><div>Management</div><ul><li>Inspect buildings and coordinate interviews according to established standards</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in property management</li><li>Bilingualism both oral and written</li><li>A DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or clerical work</li><li>A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)</li><li>A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)</li><li>A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Car required</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Cellular provided</li><li>Computer is provided</li><li>Possibility of advancement</li><li>Possibility to be on call evenings and weekends</li><li>Recognition program</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Corporate discounts</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Free indoor parking</li><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Annual Performance Bonus</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Telemedicine</li><li>Floating days off</li><li>Social leave</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Stimulating challenges, up to your ambitions!</li><li>Celebration of birth- LocationGatineau, QC
