Our team takes pride in precision craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction. Job Description .We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded carpenter who has experience with both framing and finishing?someone who can confidently take on a variety of tasks, from structural builds to detailed interior work. Perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, doors, windows, and finishing work. ? Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to ensure accuracy and quality. ? Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and composites. ? Install structural components, cabinetry, trim, and other finishing elements. ? Work alongside other trades and team members to complete renovations and builds efficiently. ? Ensure work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards. ? Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site. Qualifications ? 3+ years of experience in general carpentry, including both framing and finishing work. ? Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and materials. ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. ? Experience working in residential renovations and construction preferred. ? Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. ? Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. A pleasure craft license is considered an asset, but not required. ? Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-04-14
