We are looking to hire a full time retail / customer service person in our Home Health Care store in Bracebridge. Must have previous retail experience and has worked with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to multi-task. Simply or QuickBooks would be an asset but willing to train. Must be experienced with Word, Excel, Microsoft outlook and must have excellent communication skills, quick attention to detail, receiving, placing orders, assemble mobility equipment, cleaning equipment, and be a team player. Hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm. Room for advancement at that location within the company. *Summary* As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will utilize your core skills in communication and phone etiquette to handle inquiries effectively and work with our community partners to assist our mutual clientele. Your proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel will aid in maintaining accurate records. Join our team to contribute to a positive customer experience and drive satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone and email. * Utilize strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. * Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records. * Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. * Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing customer interactions.
