Furthermore, the success of COGIR Immobilier is based on good teamwork between the different departments and on all the people who have joined the company for over 25 years.</p><br><div>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</div><p>We are currently looking for a Health Services Manager at our Coin St-Paul residence in Trois-Rivières. <BR><BR>Permanent full-time day position, 40 hours per week, every other weekend.</p><br><div>ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><ul><li>Direct, supervise and mobilize the work of the care staff under his management</li><li>Perform all other tasks related to his duties</li><li>Plan human resources and ensure the timely replacement of care staff as needed</li><li>To provide health and wellness care with the goal of maintaining and restoring health and preventing disease</li></ul><div>Administration</div><ul><li>Ensure that partner files are compliant with coporate standards</li></ul></ul><div>Management</div><ul><li>Create and maintain the necessary protocols for prevention and for the provisioning of appropriate care to the residents</li></ul></ul><div>Health Care</div><ul><li>Carry out clinical assessments of residents and update treatment plans according to their specific needs</li><li>Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)</li><li>Ensure good communication as well as medical follow-ups with the vested parties</li><li>Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents' family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)</li><li>Upon request by the residents doctor or pharmacist, update the residents medical dossiers and prescriptions</li></ul><div>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:</div><ul><li>Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing</li><li>Member of the OIIAQ or the or OIIQ</li><li>At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in nursing with a minimum of 1 year in administration</li><li>Up to date CPR / AED training certificates</li><li>Nursing Management Experience</li><li>Experience in personnel management</li><li>Experience in human resources management, an asset</li><li>Ease in the use of computer tools</li></ul><div>BENEFITS:</div><ul><li>Salary to be discussed</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Vacation</li><li>Sick days and time off for family obligations</li><li>Group insurance</li><li>Human management approach</li><li>Floating leave and family obligations</li><li>A welcoming and tight-knit team!</li></ul><div>JOB STATUS:</div><div>Permanent: Full Time</div><div>JOB SCHEDULE:</div><div>Day time</div>- LocationTrois-Rivières, QC
