We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Car Sales Representatives. *Position Overview*: As a Car Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. You will work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and maintain the dealership?s reputation for excellent customer service. *Key Responsibilities*: * Greet customers, answer questions, and assist them in selecting a vehicle based on their preferences and needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. * Provide in-depth knowledge of the vehicles available, including features, specifications, and pricing. * Conduct test drives and address any concerns or questions from potential buyers. * Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, sales promotions, and financing options. * Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business. * Achieve sales goals and contribute to team performance. * Assist with dealership events and promotions to increase visibility and attract potential buyers. * Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly. *Qualifications*: * Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
