Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Assistant and help us elevate our online presence while driving our brand to new heights. **What You?ll Do:** - Create Engaging Video Content: Film, edit, and produce videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and staff training. - Video Editing: Work with existing video material to create polished, share-worthy content. - Graphic Design: Develop eye-catching designs for our Medical Aesthetics and Wellness divisions using Canva and other tools. - Website Updates: Assist with updating and maintaining our WordPress or SquareSpace websites. - Collaborate on Training Materials: Help produce online training content for staff onboarding. - On-Location Content Gathering: Visit different locations as needed to capture fresh, relevant content. - Social Media Scheduling: Use platforms like VistaSocial, Later, and Sprout to schedule and publish social content. **What You Bring:** - Videography & Editing Skills: Experience shooting and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software. - Design Know-How: Proficiency in Canva and an eye for brand-consistent visuals. - Social Media Savvy: Solid understanding of social platforms, content strategies, and trends. - Scheduling Platform Experience: Familiarity with tools like VistaSocial, Later, or Sprout. - Website Maintenance: Basic experience with WordPress or SquareSpace is a plus. - Organized & Adaptable: Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. **Who You Are:** - A Team Player who loves collaborating and contributing creative ideas. - Open to Feedback and eager to use it for growth in current and future projects. - A Trend Spotter, always staying on top of what?s new and exciting in social media. - Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and digital marketing. ? *Ready to showcase your creativity, elevate our brand, and grow alongside a supportive, forward-thinking team?
