Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Noisy. Outdoors. All weather conditions. Tasks: Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn care products. Assess the health of lawns. Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease. Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Horticulturist Trade Certification. Landscape Gardener Trade Certification. Chemical application certificate or licence. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?. Are you currently a student?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?.
