Overview: We are looking to hire a talented Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operational management of our low-rise multi-residential properties located in downtown Toronto. The manager will be tasked with addressing tenant concerns, collecting rent and dealing with maintenance. *Responsibilities for Property Manager* * Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and rental units * Coordinate ongoing & preventative maintenance and inspections within designated budgets * Select quality tenants through interviews and background checks * Collect rent * Maintain and grow online business & rental advertising presence * Address tenant complaints and problems * Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files * Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants *Qualifications:* * Strong communication and excellent listening skills to deal with tenants, vendors and any maintenance staff * Very strong general knowledge of computers & online applications * Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong knowledge of online marketing * Strong work ethic and teamwork * Time-management abilities * Problem-solving skills We are looking for a self starter, motivated, reliable, people friendly and organized individual. Someone with customer care experience and a knowledge of property management or hospitality. University or College degree is required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $28.50 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Location: * Toronto, ON (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
