*Role Overview*
As a Marketing Specialist at NovaMT, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing our marketing strategy. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's visibility and market presence. Through developing and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, conducting insightful market research, and fostering collaborative efforts to support sales and market expansion, your work will be central to our growth and success.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop a strong understanding of NovaMT?s products and services to support clear and effective marketing communications.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate competitors, and uncover opportunities for brand positioning and growth.
* Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and sales resources that support business development and market expansion.
* Oversee our online presence, including the management of website content and social media platforms, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
* Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, digital content, and outreach activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Support the planning and participation in industry events, conferences, and promotional activities.
* Liaise with external agencies and vendors to guarantee the high-quality and timely delivery of marketing programs.
*Skill and Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a Science-related field (such as Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines) with a demonstrated aptitude for strategic business thinking.
* At least two years of relevant marketing experience is desirable, particularly in healthcare, technology, or related industries.
* Outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
* Ability to thrive both as part of a team and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Creative and analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation, capable of identifying and addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
* Knowledge in tools such as Canva, Mailsuite, HubSpot, and WordPress is an asset.
