This position is for you! <br> <br>Reporting to the department manager, your tasks will include: <br>-Participating in the processing and verification of supplier invoices <br>-Performing simple reconciliations between invoices and purchase orders <br>-Helping to identify and report discrepancies <br>-Supporting the management of shipping/customs-related invoicing <br>-Applying payments and updating customer files <br>-Helping to track supplier payments <br>-Supporting the accounts payable and receivable team on a daily basis <br>-Communicating with customers and suppliers as needed <br>-Providing general support to the accounting team <br>-Other related tasks</p> <strong>Your profile</strong> <p>What we are looking for: <br>- Strong initiative <br>- A vocational diploma in accounting/administration <br>- Professional bilingualism <br> <br>What we offer: <br>- A salary between $45,000 and $52,000 <br>- A remote work policy <br>- Group insurance covering medical and dental care <br>- A 4% RRSP contribution from the employer</p> <br><br> <strong>Other openings that may pick your interest</strong> </div>- Location Blainville, QC
