\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and providing exceptional customer service. \*Duties\* - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Utilize sales techniques to promote products and maximize sales - Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity - Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person with excellent phone etiquette \*Qualifications\* - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in English, both verbal and written - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling - Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Required work schedule (Tuesday - Saturday) Tuesday - Thursday 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Friday - 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Saturday 9:00AM - 4:30PM Rotational Monday sales shift required.
