*Company Overview* Flip Flop Construction Inc. is a fast-growing general contractor established in 2020 and based in Winnipeg, MB. We do it all ? framing, concrete, roofing, siding, decks, fences, renovations, landscaping, and exterior finishing ? on residential and commercial projects across Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. Our mission is simple: quality craftsmanship, a crew that has each other's backs, and real room for good people to grow. *Summary* We're hiring hard-working Construction Labourers to join our team. All experience levels welcome ? if you show up, work hard, and want to learn the trade, we'll teach you the rest. This role keeps our projects moving and our standards high. *You must be willing to travel to Northern communities.* We're based in Winnipeg and work across Winnipeg, surrounding areas, Red Lake, and Northern communities. Out-of-town work means you'll be away from home for stretches at a time ? we cover ALL accommodations, and out-of-town work pays more. If you can't travel up north, this isn't the right fit ? and that's okay. *Pay* * $18?$20/hour to start on local work * $22/hour on out-of-town work *Responsibilities* * Support the crew on framing, concrete, roofing, siding, decks, fences, and renovations * Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently * Assist with concrete forming and finishing * Site prep, material handling, and cleanup * Follow all on-site safety protocols at all times * Work with the team to complete projects on time and to a high standard * Keep a clean, organized work site *Qualifications* * Hard-working and dependable ? that's #1 * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Construction experience is an asset, not a requirement * Strong physical stamina and able to lift heavy materials * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred *Why work with us* * Full-time work with a fast-growing company * Out-of-town work with ALL accommodations covered * A real path to build your skills and move up * Variety ? residential, commercial, and exterior projects *Ready to build your future with us?* Send your resume, a bit about your experience, or just a quick intro to flopconstruction@gmail.com ? or apply right here on Indeed.
