<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>A leading exhaust fan manufacturing company based in Woodbridge area is immediately looking for a<b><strong> </strong></b>Full-Time<i><em> </em></i><i><b><strong>CNC Amada Turret Punch Press <span class="long-word">Programmer/Setter/Operator</span></strong></b></i> to work in their sheet metal fabrication plant to start immediately. </p><p><b><strong>What we offer:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Stable and growing company with long tenured employees</li><li>Very friendly environment to work in and laid-back environment</li><li>Weekly paychecks</li><li>Incentive pay increase based on progress</li></ul><p><b><strong>Pay rate</strong></b>: $22 - $25/hr. based on experience.</p><p><b><strong>Available Shifts:</strong></b></p><p>Monday -Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm</p><p><b><strong>Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Perform daily startup and shutdown procedures for CNC machines.</li><li>Review shop drawings to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs.</li><li>Analyze material usage and implement program improvements for efficiency.</li><li>Conduct first-off inspections to ensure components meet drawing specifications.</li></ul><p><b><strong>Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience operating and programming AMADA punching machines.</li><li>Proficient in CNC programming using Dr. ABE software (Amada).</li><li>Hands-on experience with AMADA fabrication equipment.</li><li>Ability to load, unload, and adjust programs as needed.</li><li>Prior experience in metal or steel manufacturing environments.</li></ul><p><b><strong>HOW TO APPLY:</strong></b></p><p>If you are interested, apply online or contact us today at 647-660-44 4 0 ext. 402.
