Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Asset languages: Mandarin. Cantonese. Tasks: Receive and record bookings for package tours. Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities. Carry out administrative and clerical activities (record keeping, scheduling etc.). Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs. Handle reimbursement in case of transportation and hotel reservations cancellation. Calculate cost of travel and accommodations. Travel bookings: Group travel. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
