Education: Bachelor's degree. Asset languages: Persian. Tasks: Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs. Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits. Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Manage contracts. Develop evaluation systems to monitor health care services. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff. Consult with boards of directors, senior managers and government officials. Advise patients on health care. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Assist in collection and tracking of data from monitored use of services. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials. Consult with other health care professionals to evaluate treatment plans .
