About Us: Toronto Railing Install is a leading railing company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of projects. You will create detailed drawings and specifications while managing project timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software. * Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. * Revise and update designs based on feedback and project changes. * Maintain organized documentation of all design files and project revisions. Project Management Responsibilities: * Oversee project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met. * Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resources. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate effective communication and project flow. * Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any challenges. * Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: * Associate?s degree or higher in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Proven experience in drafting and project management (3+ years preferred). * Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and project management tools. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationThornhill, ON
