*Position Summary*
Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing a customer base within a specified territory while maintaining and developing existing accounts by increasing sales to current customers.

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Establish, develop and maintain strong positive business and customer relationships
* Support the customer in the decision making process
* Provide quotes for customers and deliver them promptly
* Provide exceptional customer service and keep customers informed by communicating promptly, accurately and honestly
* Work collaboratively with the team to support all steps in the process
* Follow up with any issues and make sure they are dealt with in a timely manner
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies; as applicable.
*Qualifications*
* Post secondary education
* 2-3 years of sales experience
* Proven ability to meet sales goals
* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
* Outgoing personality and ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Good computer skills
* Ability to travel
* Valid Driver?s License
