The Operator needs to be meticulous and solution oriented. He will work in collaboration with other departments such as quality assurance, quality control, and maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS? Operate and maintain plasma atomization unit(s) and/or post-processing equipment ? Ensure the operation activities are carried-out on time in accordance with production schedule ? Ensure all equipment maintenance programs are in place ? Follow industrial hygiene regulations ? Follow health and safety regulations ? Follow best workplace practices ? Work with a quality mindset and work closely with quality control department ? Handle hazardous materials ? Participate in the diagnosis of problems EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS? College/CEGEP education? Demonstrated leadership skills, positive attitude, and good communication skills? Ability to handle weights of approximately 40lbs? Ability to perform tasks requiring physical effort? Ability to work alone or in a team and under pressure? Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating night, and day over two weeks or weekends? Ability to work outside of their usual shift hours? Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is an assetEXPERIENCE? 3 years of relevant experience in an ISO 9001 or AS9100 field (asset)?
