Canadian Blind Manufacturing based in Richmond, BC is a fast growing, customer oriented blind manufacturing facility, and is looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual as its Customer Service Representative. We exclusively operate as a wholesale manufacturer, dedicated to serving our valued network of dealers. Duties and responsibilities: ? Data Entry ? Client service and support ? Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a pleasant and professional manner ? Welcoming all walk-in dealers to the showroom and assisting them with their needs ? General office duties Additional requirements: ? Min. 1 year of Customer Service experience ? Fluent in English ? Proficiency of MS Office suite ? The ability to establish priorities, work both independently and collaboratively, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision ? Knowledge and understanding of Imperial system, formulae, calculations and codes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond, BC
