Hello Potential Candidates, We are an elite functional fitness facility located in the *SOUTH ETOBIOKCE *area. We are looking for applicants to join our team in the role of a *Personal Trainer*. This is an incredibly important role as we have a responsibility to our community to continue to lead the industry in quality of service. This begins with finding the right people and supporting their growth. Please read below for the necessary requirements to see if this role is the right fit for you. *Requirements:* *- Looking to grow a business as a *\* Personal Trainer\* - Excited to develop an *entrepreneurial mindset* - Passion for Health and Wellness - Highly Adaptable - Great Time Management Skills - Excellent Communicator - Excellent Organization Skills - Self Motivated - *MUST* reside locally or have reliable transportation - *MUST* be ok with working split shifts *Responsibilities* * Design personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels. * Conduct one-on-one training sessions to guide clients through exercises and ensure proper form. * Motivate and support clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. * Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to enhance overall well-being. * Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships. * Demonstrate leadership by setting a positive example and inspiring clients to reach their full potential. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * Our facility hours are 6am-10pm. As it is a role with split shifts, are you available to work all hours within that time period? * Are you able to start immediately?
