Okanagan Parasail is hiring parasail deckhand and crew to join our team for the summer season in beautiful Kelowna, BC! Paid training on weekends starts in May, so get ready to kick off an exciting season on the water. *About Us * Okanagan Parasail is a small business dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Our team is passionate about adventure, safety, and top-notch customer service. We believe in working hard, having fun, and making each parasailing trip an experience to remember. *What You'll Be Doing * On the Boat: * Assisting the captain with safety checks, equipment setup, and cleaning. * Fitting guests with lifejackets, boarding the boat, and harnessing them for flight. * Helping with launching and landing guests in the parasail chute. * Communicating with guests to ensure a safe and fun experience. * Taking and promoting photo packages to capture guest memories. * Keeping the boat and equipment clean and well-maintained. At the Kiosk & Onshore: * Checking in guests, processing payments, and answering questions. * Handling phone calls and making bookings. * Providing friendly and helpful customer service to make guests feel welcome and excited. What We're Looking For * A team player with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. * Someone who can handle long days in the sun?don?t worry, we?ll keep you hydrated! * Experience on boats or in the service industry is a plus, but we?re happy to train the right person. * A love for the outdoors, adventure, and working on the water.
