*McMan is looking for two Awake Overnight Youth Workers for our Personalized Community Care Program in Lethbridge.*
Shift Rotation 1: Mondays through Thursdays 11pm-7am (32 hours per week)
Shift Rotation 2: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 11pm-7am (24 hours per week)

*Here?s how you will contribute as a Youth Worker:*
· Create positive interactions to enhance social skills, connection to the community, helping participants by using an approach that is strengths-based, participant-centered, from a trauma informed and harm reduction lens.
*Here?s what we have to offer:*
* Hourly rate: $22.76-26.63 per per hour, based on education and experience, plus a $3/hour shift differential.

*Here?s what you?ll need to get an interview:*
* Degree/Diploma in Child & Youth Care or Human Services field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience working with youth and families.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and intervention skills.
* Clear Child Intervention check and Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable sector dated within the last six months.
* *Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver?s License with 3 years of driving experience in Canada*, Driver?s Abstract with less than six (6) demerits, use of reliable vehicle with minimum $2M Third Party Liability Insurance to carry passengers.
* Strong computer skills.
* Standard First Aid CPR Level C Certificate.
