*Overview* Gemini K9 Obedience Inc. is looking for a *Retail Sales Associate* with a passion for dogs and exceptional customer service skills! If you love working with people and have knowledge of dog training, pet products, and inventory management, we want to hear from you! *Shift: *Tuesday - Saturday *Location: *643 McCowan Rd Scarborough, ON M1J 1K3 *Duties* * Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their shopping experience. * Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and technical sales techniques. * Utilize upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked. * Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when necessary. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Answer phone calls, book training evaluations, and process sales *Requirements* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of dogs, training tools, and pet products * A passion for helping customers find the right products that meet their needs. * Ability to learn quickly about new products and services offered by the store. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (dog food bags and equipment) Join us as a Retail Sales *Why Join Us?* * Work in an exciting, dog-focused environment * Employee discounts on top-quality dog products * Opportunities for growth in the pet and training industry Associate and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your skills in a vibrant retail environment!
