We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. *Job Description:* As a Retail Sales Associate at New Art Drapery & Blinds, you will be responsible for driving sales, handling daily administrative tasks, and ensuring the showroom is clean and well-organized. You?ll be a vital part of our team, helping customers find the perfect products for their homes and creating an inviting shopping environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries * Promote and sell drapery and blinds products to meet individual and store sales targets * Handle cash and process transactions accurately * Perform daily administrative tasks, including inventory management and product restocking * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment * Support team members and collaborate to meet overall store objectives * Work weekends as required *Qualifications:* * Previous retail sales experience preferred * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask * Ability to work weekends and holidays * Strong work ethic and reliability * Must be a team player with a positive attitude If you?re passionate about sales and enjoy helping customers, we would love to hear from you!
